How It Works

My business philosophy is very simple:  A business relationship can only be established when there is mutual respect between both parties.

You can contact me using the site’s contact form with details of your order and I’ll reply back to you with a Project Proposal, outlining the cost of the project and the date of delivery. If you agree with the terms and conditions, you will reply to the email and I will send you an invoice so that you can make an upfront non-negotiable non-refundable partial payment for the total project fees.  The invoice will contain a link which will enable for you to pay via any credit or debit card and via Paypal. All your payment information will be handled by 2checkout.com and I will not have access to any of your personal account information.  If you prefer making payment via Moneybookers or AlertPay, similar steps will be taken.

Only after I have received the initial deposit, will I begin to work on your order. After it has been completed, it will be delivered on or before the expected delivery date along with another invoice to complete the rest of the payment.

In the event that you are not satisfied with content, you can

1)      Notify me to make the necessary edits until you are satisfied with them.

2)      Reject the contract all together. (You will not be refunded initial deposit).

However, any form of fraud at RnGWriter.com will not be tolerated.  Clients, who did not pay for my services in full, have not purchased the rights to my content and further use of my content without my express consent will result in copyrights infringement and will make the client and all involved third parties (hosting companies) liable to be charged under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 1998. Consequently, your hosting company will be forced to remove the offending content from your site.

My copyrights will be purchased from http://www.worldwideocr.com/.

Don’t worry though!

As long as you pay me, your invoice receipt, will serve as a legal document indicating transfer of copyright.

Note: The above model is subject to change and can be modified to according to client’s requirements.
